UK Shipping 

Please note that our usual dispatch timescale is up to 5 business days (up to 10 days after a seasonal collection launch or big sale event). Once ready, your parcel will be passed to the courier and can take another 2-3 days to arrive, depending on which shipping option you choose as detailed below. 

You can select standard or express delivery at checkout.

Standard delivery is £3.95 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch).

Express delivery is £5.95 - Royal Mail tracked 24 (usually delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch).

Shipping is free on mainland UK & NI orders over £50. The shipping charge is automatically removed from your cart when the cart value exceeds £50. Unfortunately, due to the extra expense charged by couriers for shipping to non-mainland UK areas (Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man), we can't include these areas in our free shipping promotion at this time.

Shipping to non-mainland areas (mentioned above), may take a little longer to arrive.

We are unable to raise a case to Royal Mail for a missing parcel until 10 business days have passed since the parcel was dispatched. If your parcel was dispatched more than 10 business days ago and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@mournandmuse.co.uk

**Please note that if your parcel is left at a sorting office or pickup point and returned to us as it hasn’t been collected, your refund will not include the cost of us posting the parcel to you.**

Please note that during new product releases the shipping time may be up to 10 working days due to extra demand rather than the standard 5 day timescale. We are a small team who will endeavour to get your order dispatched as soon as we are able.

 

International Shipping

We now offer Tracked & Signed for shipping to the most of the EU and USA.

International shipping is via FedEx. The timescale for international shipping is anywhere from 2-11 days depending on location. This does not include our current 5 business day dispatch timescale. 

International postage costs now include all customs fees, taxes and duties. The shipping fee you pay to us is the final cost and you will not pay any further fee to release your parcel from customs. Costs depend on package weight and location. Please add your items to the cart and add your shipping address at checkout to view the shipping fee to your address. 

Returns 
We only accept returns for faulty items or items damaged in transit. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or returns for items once they have been used simply because you don’t like the smell. Scent is subjective and individual to the person and therefore, we can’t make any guarantees that everyone will like every scent. Please read the scent descriptions and customer reviews before buying purchasing. Purchasing perfume sample sizes before purchasing full sizes is recommended. 

We also do not accept any responsibility or returns for any allergic reaction or sensitivity you may have to a particular scent or ingredient. Any allergens are listed on the back of the product and should be checked before use if you have any known allergies or ingredient sensitivities. We can only accept returns if the product is unused and in original packaging. If you’d like to know of any allergens prior to purchasing, please email us first. In the rare case that a reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. 

We do accept returns for items that are faulty, or damaged in transit. You will need to contact us by email support@mournandmuse.co.uk, giving a reason for the return along with photos showing the issue with the items. 

Cancellation prior to dispatch

If you wish to cancel or change your order once placed, we can only do this if your parcel has not yet been dispatched. If for whatever reason you wish to either cancel for a full refund or amend your order before we have shipped it, you should email us using support@mournandmuse.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. 

Return Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of us shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t give a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
